The Hawkdun Room is an ideal venue for small meetings and presentations. With a 45” plasma television, presentations from a laptop will be clearly seen by the audience. The room will comfortably accommodate up to twenty people.
With the vast array of activities on hand in the Maniototo, the Hawkdun Lodge is also perfect for team building exercises. For example, after a productive days meeting in the Hawkdun Room, relax and unwind with a fun filled evening at the indoor curling rink or in one of the historic pubs.
The complex has internet access in all suites as well as broadband connections in the Hawkdun Room.
The Hawkdun Room has two heat pumps for air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. The room also has a gas fire for warmth and ambiance in the winter months.
Catering for meetings and presentations is available and this is tailored to your requirements.
