Hawkdun Lodge is a superb venue for business planning/strategy meetings away from the office. The meeting venue known as the Hawkdun Room can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people around a boardroom table or whatever room configuration is required.

Conference Facilities

The Hawkdun Room has a 42" television that can be used to display presentations and videos. The room has a white board and wi fi and there is the ability to use other areas around the complex for 'break out' groups.

Catering can be arranged to meet any requirements.

The Hawkdun Room has two heat pumps for air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. The room also has a gas fire for warmth and ambiance in the winter months.

With the vast array of activities on hand in the Maniototo, the Hawkdun Lodge is also perfect for team building exercises. For example, after a productive days meeting in the Hawkdun Room, relax and unwind with a fun filled evening at the indoor curling rink or in one of the historic pubs.

Group Accommodation

Hawkdun Lodge has 13 comfortable and quiet units if more accommodation is required Hawkdun Lodge has a relationship with Maniototo Lodge (an upmarket B&B) that is close by.
